Our Peer Support Groups are far from ordinary. This isn’t just a space where you sit in a circle and wait your turn to speak. This is a true sisterhood, where every woman is encouraged to check in and truly be seen.
General Mental Health Check in
Once a month, we provide space for women to share experiences and strategies for coping with common mental health challenges. At HER Valley, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health—and it deserves regular attention. Our General Mental Health Check-In is designed to help you pause, reflect, and assess where you are on your mental and emotional journey. It’s all about taking a moment to check in with yourself, without judgment. such as anxiety, depression, or stress. They allow women to connect with others facing similar struggles and offer mutual emotional support.
